No. However, many of our team members live on the property. They check on the animals between 7 and 9 every night. If they notice something unusual, they call our manager to make sure the issue is resolved.
We charge $36 for a small pet (typically weighing 20 lbs or less), $38 for a medium-sized animal (21-40 lbs), and $40 for a large dog (over 40 lbs).
Our charging rules are similar to hotels. Customers are billed for the day of drop off regardless of the time of drop off. On the day of pick up, if you pick your furry friend before noon, you won’t be charged for the day. Customers who pick their pets after noon will be charged for the day. We provide a free bath on the day of departure to pets who stayed with us for a week or more.
If you want us to give your pet a bath on the departure day, we will waive the departure time. You will be charged for the bath, but not the day. If it’s a free bath, you won’t be charged for either.
Yes. We offer boarding facilities for small animals. However, we do not board reptiles.
If you have a dog, remember to get it vaccinated for rabies, parvo, canine distemper, and Bordetella. Cat owners must get their feline vaccinated for rabies and FVRCP.
We know that accidents can happen anytime, anywhere. To ensure the safety of animals in our custody, we keep a constant watch over them. Our staff provides personalized attention to every animal. There are separate kennels for small and big dogs. To prevent food aggression, we separate dogs during meal time.
If your dog is on a special diet or requires medication, remember to share information related to dosage with the front desk so that we can take the appropriate measures.

Your dog’s medical records, a written verification (by a certified veterinarian) of vaccinations, and your dog’s food (if it is on a special diet or we do not carry the dog food brand that you use).

Small and big and medium dogs have separate kennels where they sleep. To ensure our guests have a comfortable and convenient stay, we provide them with blankets and bowls.
We do have a multiple pet discount for pet owners with more than one dog. Owners boarding multiple pets get $2 off per dog and $1 per cat per day. We also provide discounts to pet owners who leave their dogs with us for an extended period.
Yes. If you leave your dog for more than a week with us, we will provide a free bath at the time of departure. We also offer a discount to pet owners who want us to take care of their furry friend for 30 days.

We’d recommend that you get your dog checked for fleas. If your vet confirms that your dog is flea-free and does not need flea preventives, we would be more than happy to accept your furry friend as one of our guests.
