Bridewell Hilltop Boarding Kennels & Cattery has adopted the following policies for the health, safety, and enjoyment of your pet.
We like to feed your pet what they are used to eating at home. For that reason, if we do not carry the brand you use, we ask that you bring your pet’s own food labeled with your pet’s name. Should your pet have special needs or dietary restrictions, we will provide a feeding schedule tailored to their special needs.
We normally feed our dogs twice a day. We mix their kibble with a heaping tablespoon of a wet pedigree food and a little bit of water to create a gravy. However, if you would prefer we do something different for your dog, we are more than happy to accommodate you.
All of our guests are separated from each other at mealtime.
We are pleased to administer veterinarian-prescribed medications at no extra charge. Please be prepared to provide the front desk with instructions, including dosage and the reason for medications.
We use a great smelling shampoo. We have a Hydosurge machine which allows us to give the dogs a nice, warm, pulsating, massaging-type of bath. We also have an oatmeal shampoo for dogs with sensitive skin or allergies. Our baths include cleaning ears and clipping nails.
In order to ensure the health and safety of all our guests, Bridewell Hilltop Boarding Kennels & Cattery requires written verification of the following current vaccinations:
NOTE: We cannot accept vaccination information via email. Direct verification over the telephone from your veterinarian’s office will suffice.
All dogs and cats must be free from any condition which could potentially create a health problem for our other boarding guests.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. If you pick up your pet after noon, you will be charged for that day. However, if you pick up your pet before noon, we do not charge for that day. If your dog is getting a bath on the day of departure, you are not charged for boarding for that day.
NOTE: Please call ahead for reservations. Holidays book up quickly.
